1. Watermarked Preview Images ("Social Media License")

• Grant of License: The Photographer grants the Client and event attendees a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and share watermarked images from the official event gallery on personal social media platforms only.

• Restrictions: These images are for personal, non-commercial use. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Removing, cropping, or altering the watermark in any way.

  • Applying filters or further editing the image.

  • Using watermarked images for commercial advertisements or third-party promotional materials.

• Attribution: Any public post must include a visible credit to the Photographer (e.g., "Photo by South Coast Snapper").

2. Purchased Unwatermarked Images ("Full Personal License")

• Grant of License: Upon receipt of full payment for digital or physical images, the Photographer grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal use.

• Deliverables: Purchased digital images will be provided in high-resolution format without any visible watermarks.

• Permitted Use: The purchaser may print the images for personal use (e.g., framing) and share them on personal social media without a watermark.

• Restrictions: Ownership of copyright remains with the Photographer. The purchaser may not sell, sub-license, or use these images for commercial gain unless a separate Commercial License is negotiated in writing.

3. Event Promotion & Charity Use

• The Charity (the Client) is granted a license to use unwatermarked images for its own non-profit promotional purposes, including its website, newsletters, and annual reports, provided credit is given to the Photographer
